Welcome to our clinic. By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings

 

All appointments must be booked in advance.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking (if applicable).

You must provide accurate information when booking.

2. Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows

 

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

 

Late arrival may reduce your appointment time or require rescheduling.

 

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or fees.



 

 

3. Deposits & Payments

 

Deposits are redeemable towards treatments but are not refundable.

 

Full payment is due at the time of treatment.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Medical & Treatment Suitability

 

You must complete a consultation and consent form before treatment.

 

Treatments may only proceed if deemed suitable by the practitioner.

 

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time.



 

 

 

5. Treatment Results & Expectations

 

Results vary per individual; no outcome is guaranteed.

 

Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired results.

 

Aftercare instructions must be followed to support best outcomes.



 

 

6. Patch Testing (if applicable)

 

Patch testing may be required prior to treatment.

 

If you decline patch testing, you accept associated risks.



 

 

7. Refunds

 

Treatment fees are non‑refundable based on dissatisfaction with results.

 

Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.

 

Deposits are non‑refundable unless the clinic must cancel.



 

 

8. Age Restrictions

 

Clients must be 18+ for treatment.

 

Proof of age may be requested.



 

 

9. Photography & Consent

 

Photographs may be taken for clinical records.

 

Separate consent will be requested for marketing use.



 

 

10. Data & Privacy

 

Personal data is collected for medical and booking purposes.

 

Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent.

11. Complaints Procedure

 

Complaints should be made in writing via email.

 

We aim to respond within 14 working days.



 

 

12. Liability

 

The clinic is not liable for failure to follow pre‑ or post‑treatment instructions.

 

The clinic is not responsible for personal belongings on site.



 

 

13. Policy Changes

 

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

 

Continued booking indicates agreement to updated terms.
